ABOUT MONTMARTRE
Montmartre es un bistró francés con un toque Caribe ubicado en el centro histórico de Cartagena. Un restaurante descomplicado con una atmósfera Parisina casual, un servicio amigable y donde la comida siempre está cocinada con el corazón.
Valerie Thuillier Espinosa, la dueña francesa, vivió toda su vida en Francia y se mudó a Cartagena en el 2014 para conectarse con sus raices, heredadas por su mamá Colombiana. Su idea con Montmartre es compartir la tradición de la "cuisine" Francesa y mezclarla con la gastronomía Colombiana.
Montmartre is a French bistro with a Caribbean touch in the center of the old city of Cartagena. A no-frills restaurant with a casual Parisian atmosphere, friendly service and where food is always cooked with the heart.
Valerie Thuillier Espinosa, the French owner, lived all her life in France and moved to Cartagena in 2014 to bond with her roots, inherited from her Colombian mom. Her idea with Montmartre is to share the tradition of the French cuisine and mix it with the Colombian gastronomy.
